Morrisons have managed to receive huge stocks of flowers for Mother's Day but have virtually no food on their shelves. Think all the management team were in hiding as I couldn't find one to explain this. Didn't see one person buying flowers.

The flowers were pre ordered months ago.
Surely all the flowers must have been panic bought by now. Won't somebody think of the mothers ?
Hope I don’t get any O_G, ( I know I won’t as my daughter is like me) flowers should be outside not in a vase, only my opinion of course
flowers, like Mother's Day, are pretty seasonal. But I'd be surprised if Morrisons have chucked away all their food just so they can display floral tributes; more likely, the predictable supply of one has accidentally coincided with an unpredicted shortage of the other.
flowers but

wait for it

no flours

Am I Right ?
I'm Not Wrong !
I used to think that way Bobbi, but I realised that flowers are temporary and fade whether they're inside beautifying the home, or outside beautifying the garden. Less fussed about it these days. They're a crop like many others.
