Hi there I am wondering if there are any tips for improving mental health I absolutely am driving myself crazy with worry over possible exposure, I've got insomnia my stomach is constantly churning and my mind is constantly racing any tips on how to get my mind off this

Stay off the news, listen to Classic FM (who hardly mention the virus) and don't spend too much time on AB because it's 90% full of nothing but coronavirus worries, often without thought to the emotionally vulnerable. Get yourself some Kalms and try to get some sleep and fresh air if you can. Best wishes.
