On a lighter note, I was just about to call my hairdresser to cancel my next appointment when she phoned me to say she’d decided not to work until this is all over. Very wise in my opinion. It occurred to me though that many of us will be left to our own devices with colours and cuts and all the rest of the paraphernalia that usually belongs in a hair salon - the effects of which remain to be seen. I guess for me it will be home colouring and longer hair. What will you do?

My daughter is a qualified hairdresser so I don't have to worry.

Besides one of the kids we all have curly hair so we can get away with no having hair cuts. I never have it down anyway...

Naomi - do you really get dressed up when staying in the house?
I have curly hair but it grows out not down lol x
good planning there, ummmm, have you persuaded another kid to train as a plumber?

Dressed up? I don’t wear evening dresses at home, ummmm ... not unless we’re hosting a formal dinner party at least.
OH's best mate is a heating engineer but currently works with him....sorted. :-)
Sounds like many on here will emerge from the gloom of the C19 virus sporting Boris hairstyles :-))
well done, ummmm - all I've got is a middle manager. He can get up ladders and trim hedges better than I can, but that's not strictly hairdressing.
