The news channels and papers not scale back on reporting C19 .Of course it is desperate times but to make it more interesting there is a lot of hyped up stuff .Like reporters Skyping or video screening from their own homes .Each paper is trying to grab the most sensational headline .of course directives have to put out there but try to keep peoples spirits up .Any by the way no major results of other inquiries to be allowed out till this hopefully passes soon .You know burying them in the C19 tragedy . if I’m wrong and it’s pointed out why I will admit it .Take care all you good people out there .

Well I agree with you weecalf, even on here some try to grab the most sensational bad news about it all just to grab posts. I've switched to listening to Classic FM and ignoring any news programmes. Once a day is quite enough.

I think they should add a filter to their websites so users can list just the non-coronavirus stories and so find things of interest.
