Email Printing

Someone has just sent me a quiz but when I have printed it off it appears too small on the paper. On the printer I increased the scale from 100% to 150%, there is nothing in between but of course this only prints half the document. I googled what to do and it says to access the toolbar and increase the font, well I can't find the font or toolbar, please can someone advise me in layman's terms? Thank you

What format is the document? Pdf or Word?

What are you printing from? Computer? Operating system? Tablet?
