Indian Visa

I have been told to be careful when asking for a visa for India as there are a lot of agencies who can get these but they can be very expensive. Where is the best place to go ? There must be an Indian government site.

We went somewhere in Birmingham for ours but that was a while ago. Apparently the Indian Government now charge Britons more for their visas, at least they did about 5 years ago!

When my late husband had business in Pakistan a good few years ago, he had to go to the Embassy in London.

I know it’s not the same country but better to be safe than sorry.
