I got an email ( maybe last one for a while ) from Bt about changes to email .They are changing it .The instructions servers platforms and passwords I have not got a clue anyone else get this email ?

Does it ask for information? If so it's a scam.

Yes, I got one on the 24th March about changes to their email service. Does not really effect me as I get my mail on my iPad app.

Dunno Emmitt but have not got any email but this one for this last day and a half .I usually get from different people at least 6 a day

What do you mean does not effect you as you get emails on your iPad so do I . So does it not effect me then riptide

If you use an e-mail client rather than go to the supplier's website for your e-mails then the chances of you not noticing a change is rather good. But you'd need to read what the change is to be sure.

I'm with BT and didnt get the email. Can you copy and paste any of it to here? People might be able to explain it if you can.

Looks quite genuine to me. If you are with BT, do you not have a BT online account. If so, is this message on there, too?

Yeah spoke to bt got it sorted on iPad and then was able to sort it on iPhone myself .Thanks all
