Something Like Wins 4.0 Search For Win 10

Wins 4.0 Search was for XP – a wicked search facility. I have gathered links on the net for Win 10. Wins 4.0 64bit is out there but not clearly asserted for Wins 10. Can someone express some certainty or alternative? Mighty File Explorer seems no substitute for Win Search 4.0. MFE wants to collect fees for removing ads from its own search facility – that meets the requirements of a scam in my book.

I dont have a problem with Windows 10 search.
