My5 App Doesn't Work

I use a Humax digibox for TV viewing and storage.
Just recently I have found that the app for My5 doesn't operate, just leaves me with a blank screen.
I also use a Firestick occasionally and when I tried the My5 app it immediately said that the app needed upgrading which it did in a very short time.
Does any member know how to upgrade apps on a Humax recorder/digibox? Thanks.

When I used an Amazon Firestick the MY5 app automatically upgraded itself.

I've had an acknowledgement from Humax now but it appears that their engineers haven't solved the problem yet.

How frustrating for you but I suppose it has saved you a lot of time trying to fix it

Ahh - Barry1010, that;s where my secret weapon The Firestick comes into it's own!
