I've forgotten how to do it. Remembered it's upl.co but do I copy the Direct link, the Page link or the Forum tag and then paste onto here?

Click in the Direct Link field to highlight it.

Right-click and select 'Copy.

Come to an AB post, right-click and select 'Paste' (preferably putting the link in separate line to any other text)
