The Report Functionality

Good morning everybody,
Since the AnswerBank's last downtime, there have been a couple of issues on the website.
We have fixed a number of these issues however it has come to light that there is an intermittent problem with the report functionality.
Generally the report functionality still works but now and again it will error and you will see an error message. Whilst we work on fixing the issue, please take note of the following:
If you receive an error message whilst trying to make a report then please refresh the page and try again. If it still errors then you can contact us directly at [email protected]. If you do email us then please make sure your email address is the same one that is associated to your AnswerBank account so that we can verify it is you.
If you do not receive an error message whilst making a report then the report has been successful.
