It’s as supported now here as it was three weeks ago, some now are going further ( me included) by putting outside Christmas blights around our windows to show support for
Shop workers
Binmen
Postmen
Bus drivers
Lorry drivers
And our NHS

I thank personally every worker I come into contact with during these times, and am sincerely grateful to all of them. I'd think more of those who make a noise at 8:00pm on Thursdays if they didn't immediately rush to post on forums and social media that they had done so.

Ha! Morning Bobbi.
It’s nothing to do with being happy. More about taste. As I said, I think blue lights would signify support for key workers. I’m all for theming but not random colours.
Maybe not for you, but it is for me. I am all for random colours.
I can always feel something from AB Towers - th'old folks home of tinternet, cos it always makes me smile. And that's a good thing, isn't it? I just luuurve this website!

Don’t think I have ‘just ‘ blue lights but you may have a point Zacs, that would symbolise police and Ambulances
Amazon here I come ( thanks )

Err I wouldn’t go as far as that Clarion :0/
No, stick to the random ones as well Bobbi! Anything to cheer up the doom and gloom of these awful days.

I’ve got loads but all multi coloured Margie , I’m swayed between what Zac said ( there’s a 1st ) and being bright and colourful b
Thanks for being reasonable and seeing my point of view, bobbi. I might dig out our old blue one’s myself ;-)

Out of adversity.......
You could do both. I'm going to make sure I'm out walking my dog next time this happens so I can join in again. It felt good being a part of it.
I have noticed how over-bearing some people can be when there's a queue. I think they would have made good camp guards. I have had a few words with one or two of them, especially the store manager at a large Tesco. Obnoxious man. Mind you, he's probably saying the same thing about me! Keep calm and queue up!
No I must admit I didn't. We live in the middle of loads of fields and the only people to clap with would have been sheep and cows. But I do admire all these people and thank them and support them fully. I think they are all doing most important tasks in these troubled times.

I'd like to add school teachers and carers to the list. In fact anyone who comes in contact with others through their job. Thank you.
