mine seems to have gone, but different pollens affect different people. I just use the Beconase nasal spray. takes a few days to kick in though.
i had it REALLY bad Satruday..... this is the first year ive ever had hayfever and its HORRIBLE!!

I rushed to Boots and bought some 'piriton' tablets. They are general allergy tablets and sort out hayfever too.
I get it really bad and I agree with Beconase, it works in an instant. Plus, I never like to take any type of tablets but I have unfortunately 'bent' and taken Piriton on several occasions, which also works a treat!
Have hayfever quite badly this year too. I actually just use a tescos own brand nasal spray for hayfever which is fantastic and couple it with allergy eye drops. Seems to keep it all at bay.

I am so bad that every month this year I have running nose, itching and watering eyes, fatigue, breathing problems, sleeping problems, but worst of all when I cough it seems like my lungs are going to come up, I dont even smoke! I honestly cant live with this any more ( not suicidal by the way)lol.
I use xyzal on prescription which stops me needing the beconase spray since I hate that feeling of spraying stuff up my nose!
I invested in one of these a couple of months ago:

So far, it seems to be doing the trick and it's not half as unpleasant as it looks or sounds. I guess it's going to take next May/June to really put it through its paces, but for the fifteen quid or so it costs, it's got to be worth a try.
