The setter appears to have made a mistake with the alphabetical ordering of the 2nd set of thematics.
The first one of the 3 starting with the letter S is out of place - it should be the last of the 3.
When a puzzle has been deliberately skewed to make it as difficult as possible, that's a bad oversight!
