Hello, I hope you are doing well. I need little help in English.
I wrote an email to the university that I am unable to provide the two documents for admission purpose and I asked them if there any possibility to submit my application without proving them my missing documents and university wrote me an email and they said they will confirm from the course coordinator and let me know that application can be submitted without these documents or not, since its two weeks and they didn't answer me. now I want to write them a follow-up email. this is how wrote:

Dear madam,
I hope this email finds you well in health. I just wanted to take a follow up of my previous email that it becomes any possibility to submit my application without providing you two documents which I have mentioned in my previous email.

you may well not have had a response as they are working from home and have a larger number of emails to reply to due to covid-19. Have you checked your junk email for replies? If not I would word it

To whom it may concern,
Following on from further correspondence I am further following up in regards to my application and not having the two documents. I realise that this is a difficult time right now so I understand my email may not be a priority.

Yes daily check my email inbox and junk as well. I understand there will be a delay because of COVID-19.

Hello Fatema -hope you are well. This is my effort:

Good Morning
The ( insert name of course with code number) that I want to apply has a deadline 15th May.
As I advised you in my previous email of ( insert date of email)I’m still unable to provide you with the necessary documentation to complete my registration.. In your reply to my email you did say there was a way to apply without the documentation, and you would let me know. The deadline is getting closer and I have not heard back from you.
I am keen to start the course in (insert date) and have almost completed all of the extra documentation you require. I would be grateful if you could allow me to complete my registration before the deadline, and I will forward you the extra documents in the near future.
Please forward me information on how to do this, or a telephone number would be much appreciated
