Hello everyone, i hope you all are well.
I'm trying to apply for higher studies in Germany. Two days ago i received an email from university that i missing one document and i have to submit them a digital copy of document, (document will issue my university). I have been trying to contact my university but i nobody picked up call and now i am unable to provide this document. I want to write an email to university and want to tell them if it is possible to submit my application without this missing document. So i have wrote email.

Dear Madam,
I have been calling to my university but nobody were picking up my call there and currently I am unable to provide my document even in a digital form. Right now I have all document completeed which were mentioned on the website for course requirements including motivational letter and thesis proposal. just I’m missing two documents which are reference letter from collage/university and point number #2 which is “document for converting the grade according to the Bavarian formula”.
I want to know is there any still possibility to submit my application without these two documents or should I wait once the situation will go better here.

Jut about every university is closed and not answering the phone

so if it is German uni - then apply in German - Khandro here is a German speaker and may be able to help
official letter writing in German is as full of special rules as the English version is

Good Morning
The ( insert name of course with code number) that I want to apply has a deadline 15th May.
As I advised you in my previous email of ( insert date of email)I’m still unable to provide you with the necessary documentation to complete my registration.. In your reply to my email you did say there was a way to apply without the documentation, and you would let me know. The deadline is getting closer and I have not heard back from you.
I am keen to start the course in (insert date) and have almost completed all of the extra documentation you require. I would be grateful if you could allow me to complete my registration before the deadline, and I will forward you the extra documents in the near future.
Please forward me information on how to do this, or a telephone number would be much appreciated
