Probably on line meetings Sandy. Or telephone. I don't need support with drugs or alcohol, but I need counselling support, which has been one to one by telephone.

The charity I work for is now doing either telephone 121 meetings and online groups meetings. We try to provide the equipment for people to be able to access online if needed, funding allowing.
