White Rabbits and Hares to all! Haven't read any other posts so am taking this at face value. Our village is having a May Day Fest! I made a mini-maypole and all around the village scarecrows have appeared celebrating the day and essential workers. Police, nurses, delivery-men, dustbin-men, farmers and a wonderful fisherman by the pond to name but a few. I've got the local press out to photograph and am writing a bit to accompany it. Tremendous effort from a tiny village - and happy, busy children. Happy May Day - despite the rotten weather.
