I am working on a long term financial plan which will involve switching ISA growth funds to Income Funds. Does any one have any good links to sites that show income funds historical % returns, I am struggling to predict a sensible average long term income plan from the investments I would have.

i'm not 100% sure this is what you're looking for but morningstar.com (or co.uk) track a lot of fund performances to try and predict what they'll do going forward.

Try the Hargreaves Lansdown website. They have a large research section which provides a lot of peformance information.
