Scissor Sisters free gig?

Does anyone know any information about this free gig that the Scissor Sisters are performing at in Trafalgar Square? Is there some sort of number that you have to text your name and details to a certain number, and then the way they choose who receives tickets is the same as they did for Live 8?

Can anyone give me any details at all on how to get hold of some tickets?
