will need to hire personnel to (a) construct the stage; (b) set up and operate spotlights and other lighting
equipment; and (c) load and unload equipment. Are you required to use local union personnel to
provide any of these services? What local unions would have jurisdiction? If you are not required to
use union workers, are you allowed to hire union workers?
