Electric Showers

Why does the water in my Triton T80si Extra electric shower keep stopping?
We don't live in an area that is bad for limescale and the problem only happens infrequently.
Any ideas?

Electric showers are usually fitted with thermostatic valves to regulate the temperature. If the water pressure fluctuates or the temperature changes too much the valve will shut off to protect you from scalding. However this may not be the reason for your problem but if it only does it every so often then it may be that.
