What Was 'Where Was I' About This Week?

I was completely baffled about Ed Sheeran, Tim Berners-Lee, tiger, lion, Parisian nightclub, Provençal mountain and the hotel mentioned in 'Where Was I', May 3rd.
Could someone please let me know what they are/where they are?
I have seen the answers on this, but I'd love to know about the things mentioned in the passage.

Ed Sheeran and Tim Berners-Lee are in the National Potrait Gallery, lions in Trafalgar Square. Parisian nightclub is the Moulin Rouge as displayed in the Courtauld Gallery (Courtauld Institute of Art). The Provençal Mountain is by Montagne Sainte-Victoire by Cézanne also in Courtauld. The Savoy Hotel has a cocktail menu called The Savoy Songbook in the American Bar. Good one last week which I finally managed to crack only by stepping into Google Earth and identifying the spires looking back from Waterloo Bridge.
