When someone reads a thread where someone says they have been made redundant, I don't know why anyone would think an acceptable response would be to mock the person and question their ability to do that job. It's downright nasty and not in the spirit of AB. The posts following it were related to the same post and were removed to clean up the thread. Yes, being mean to other members is against the Site Rules, so yes the post in question was removed. We don't normally explain why posts are removed because it isn't up for discussion, but for some reason it seems this needs to be explained. I'm closing this thread now.
