I can’t receive any emails, keep getting a message saying ‘sign in failed’.
I can still receive them on my iPad, but not on my desktop!
Can anyone help please ?

It sounds more like a device issue than an email problem if you are still getting access via your iPad. On the phone....Open the email app, Click settings bottom left, Click Account settings, Click on your linked email account,Click Password ( update your password to match the server ) Enter your password. Do you also, out of interest, have your devices synced.
