I purchased a case of wine at Xmas through WOWCHER 3 bottles were "off"
I am looking for a refund/replacement Can someone give me an email or phone number to ring to sort? Trying to get anywhere on their website is a nightmare to a non IT man like me

Don't you have to go to the company that sold the wine itself?
Wowcher only supply the voucher to redeem what you are buying.
