Poorly Wisteria

I have three wisterias one on a wall and two standards. One of the standards has put out flowers but they have not opened and the ones nearer the top have gone grey and limp and very dry the ones lower down have grown but the flowers have not opened there is no sign of any leaf either. Can anyone help, the other two are fabulous. It is in a big container.Thanks.

This horribly dry and cold spell is having dreadful results. I've lost all but one of my asparagus plants due to drought. I'd try watering copiously and feeding. Hope it helps.
