Hi.have just heard shearings have gone into administration. Has anyone got a future holiday booked with them. Are our refunds covered by abta if we have paid the full cost of the holiday. Thank you for replies.

If you booked a package including a flight you will be covered by ATOL, a package just including a coach should be covered by the Bonded Coach Holidays scheme.

I did have and they were offering 10% off next holiday or vouchers. I contacted my credit card company after I saw that their parent company had gone into administration. They refunds my money in full.
Shearing had 42 days to contest. But I paid for goods I didn't receive last month so I can't see a problem over my money.

If you paid by credit card postman you should be covered by section 75 , worth ringing them

Shearing did not answer my emails. My friend who works in a bank told me to contact my credit card. I did by phone and they returned the money into my account the same day
