Lost Document

I've lost a Word document and can't find it anywhere and i'm sure I haven't deleted it or anything like that. I can't remember the actual exact title of the document, but there are some specific words within the document. So, is there some kind of global search thing which will search my whole PC? - It is a very special document..."not special enough for you to lose it!" says Lie-in King, with a wicked smile, which belies his fear of an oncoming reward!...but the search thing is vital please. there alway was a file search option in windows to search for documents containing a word. Never use "and" or you will be there for years!
