Was really peed off with them re my mobile, too much to go into but ended up very annoyed yesterday and I didn’t think I’d get the promised call back from a manager but I just have , i was so angry yesterday I emailed their CEO documenting the catalog of errors and threatened to leave after 32 years with them, I was asked in tonight’s call What would you like us to do ?
Hackles rose again with me saying I wasn’t doing this for compo, I was fed up with what had happened, result was they’ve cleared the inflated bill I was sent and gave me a £20:M&S voucher, not sure if the CEO got the email but I’m happier now than I was yesterday
