Non Solar Garden Lights

I’ve accidentally bought non solar garden lights
Is there a solar panel or something I can connect them to?

Probably not but it will depend upon what type of power supply the lights require. If it's 230V AC then the cost of one or more solar panels, plus an inverter to provide AC power at the correct voltage, would vastly exceed the cost of simply buying some new solar lights. e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/12037211629?iid=124113000053
