Well, it depends on what you mean by 'highest'. It can be said they all are.

There are 14 mountains that can scale themselves to a height of over 8000m. 8 of them are in Nepal. (Mt. Everest-8848, Kanchenjunga-8586, Lhotse-8516, Makalu-8463, Choyu-8201, Dhaulagiri-8167, Manaslu-8163 and Annapurna-8091). The other are in Pakistan,Tibet/China and India.
