diabetic recipes

does anybody know of any good recipes for diabetic chocolate or cakes? I'd love to make my grandad something for christmas as he misses out alot but I don't want to buy his the usual thorntons ones?? Lou x

You know, why not just treat him to normal chocolate instead of spending an excess amount of money on non sugar stuff? My mum has been diabetic for donkey years and still eats normal chocolate lie nothing. Im sure that some normal biscuits or bar of choc wont kill him!

It's not me that doesn't let him have normal chocs it's my nan!
And I'm not forking out loads of money on diabetic ones I'm asking for recipes for some so I don't have to.
