I don't have an ipad but my sister does..she can't send emails for some reason .
Anyone got a simple answer I might suggest for her.
Like me she's not technically minded..were both in our forage haha

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.The usual way to fix such problems (if carrying out the basic checks suggested by Bobbi doesn't help) is to simply delete the email account from the app and then create it again. (Existing emails won't be lost through doing that. It's just the settings that are being removed and then put back into place).
