scared for my brother

as i mentioned in another post my younger brother's having heart ablation surgery on sept 11th (day after my 21st birthday), i'm waiting to hear if i've got a new job or not, along with many other things going on and it's all stressing me out and i'm really scared!! i'm feeling physically ill from it all now. anyone have any suggestions as to how i can stop worrying/stressing etc?
i know i worry too much but as it's all drawing closer i am actually scared sh1tless! when i think of the op i get upset and so scared for him and would do anything to be in his place. i think it's worse knowing he'll be awake during it . (sorry to go on a bit)
if anyone has any advice or could talk to me it would be much appreciated! Sparkle xx

Wish your brother all the best, they wouldn't do the op if they didn't think it would work, try to look beyond the op,and how much better he is going to be in a couple of months, it is a really good thing to talk,don't ever bottle your feelings up, take care,be positive, Ray

you halved the stress talking to us lot. I tell all ABers about my problems coz I dont know them and they are unbiased. I would look at it from your brothers point of view as well. I imagine he is a million times more scared than you are. Talk to him about it and see how he's coping. The only other thing i can suggest is to take time for yourself. pamper yourself. do anything to take your mind off it.

I'm sure your brother will be fine. good luck for him and the new job. x
