Really bad today , yet never suffered before with it, any antihistamine makes me sleepy so had an hour and a half sleep today , so not like me

Hay fever started at about age 30 and peaked a few years later when I was totally bunged up. But that too responded to the injections, so there is hope.

I had the proper tests and desensitisation injections around 30 years ago but they stopped doing them because folk were getting severe reactions from them. They were done in GP surgeries and you had to sit around for 15 minutes post injection but getting anaphyllaxis in the GP's waiting room was never going to catch on. They worked for me for a few years but the effect didn't last.
