.....Saturday, June 6th, will have a feature article about the Battle of Narvik
in which the German ship KMS Scharnhorst sank the British aircraft carrier Glorious along with her 2 escort destroyers, Ardent and Acasta on June 8th 1940. I should have been in Plymouth this weekend for the memorial service, but obviously that's been cancelled, so will do my duty on Monday with some flowers at the local Garden of Remembrance.
