Hello! I need someone to proofread my email which I have to send my office management. The purpose of writing this email is, a few months back my office management gave me responsibilities to create social media posts captions in English and that time I said to my management that I'm not good in writing English and this would be difficult for me, but management said we will help you if you will make any mistakes. but now management is complaining about my work and saying you are not writing as per our expectations and I want to request to management that takes back this work from me and assign me any other task which is according to my skills. I wrote this email and please someone proofread this. Thank you in Advance.

Respected Management,
The purpose of writing of this email is that I’m working on social Media calendar since Feb 20, and I tried to give my best to create content for our (company’s Social Media Pages) social media, but I made a lot mistakes in writing a caption for Social media, and unfortunately I could not impress with my work to management.
Since I’m making a lot of mistakes in creating content for social media posts, I would like to request to my senior management that please take back this reasonability from me and assign me any other task which is according to my skills.
I hope management will consider this matter and I’m hoping a positive response from you.

Thanks and Regards,

I'd start by losing the 'respected management' bit and substituting some actual names (and possibly their associated job titles). So my version would be along these lines:

"To: Sarah Smith (Head of Media Management)

Copied to: Jane Doe (Human Resources Manager), Phil Parker (Social Media Team Leader), Steve Tricker (Web Development Team).

I have been creating content for the company's social media pages for the past four months. Although I have always sought to produce work that is both accurate and innovative, my efforts have been hindered by my difficulties in working in English which, regrettably, has resulted in me making many errors.

I feel that it would be better, both for the company and for myself, if I were to be relieved of the task of creating social media pages and reassigned to a different role within the company, where I could make better use of my skills.

I hope that this suggestion will meet with your approval and I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards"
Fatema...There are quite a few mistakes in this letter .... BUT you are sending this to your senior manager(s) and you want them to remove the responsibility for writing in English from you and give it to someone better able to write in English. I think you should consider sending this to them because it shows that, whilst you are trying your best, you are not able to write fluently and make mistakes. I do understand what you want to say but this shows exactly what you mean.
Not a job for you then if you cannot meet their job requirements.

@Buenchico Thank you for your correction. It was so helpful for me.

I agree with you that I should I send them an email that is written in my own words. but there is a problem, our senior manager scold us if we send him an email with poor English. He knows most of the companies employees take help from different people to write in English. and if we write in bad English it puts our job in risk, so I take help from here. I always appreciate that here people welcome my question they always help me :)
"which, regrettably, has resulted in me making many errors."

"both for the company and for myself, "
"both for the company and me, "
Fatema...if your managers are demanding near perfect English why aren't they making sure that you get lessons...? Of course you can earn languages on line too...Hope all goes well and you know you will always get help here.
