Overheard in Tesco's yesterday.
" I wonder why you can't get proper Parmesan anymore? There's just that Parmigiano, foreign stuff, that comes in a big hard lump"

Grated Parmigiano Reggiano is usually the topping offered on pasta dishes in Italian restaurants. Love the stuff :o)

My favourite cheese is halloumi. I love it with certain types of Turkish bread, tomatoes and olives.
