I have just done some research on this as I heard this on Big Brother at the weekend and couldn't believe that Noel Fielding had tourettes!
Dermot in fact obviously got a bit mixed up - the stand up comedian who was interviewed on Big Brother's Big Brain who has actually got tourettes was Noel Faulkner, not Noel Fielding.
