I eat things I like...cheese, butter, avocados, nice fish, poultry, some red meat. Some veg. No wheat...pasta and bread causes me to be bloated and affects my joints. It also causes cravings=binges.
It was difficult when I was working as there was ALWAYS temptation...and stress...and binges.
Now...no temptation and far less stress. I've done WW and SW...I just gained the weight back with them.
I found it easy during lockdown. I made better habits...I hope they stick.

I've lost a stone during lockdown - I use Slimfast, have a strawberry shake for breakfast, chocolate bar for snack, lunch is something like bit of ham or chicken with four crackers, tomatoes, few grapes. Another chocolate snack mid afternoon, then for tea which I never used to have regularly I cook either chicken or pork chop or tonight treated myself to a piece of rump steak with over chips, then during the evening either a choc roll or perhaps piece of fruit. I've never had the chance to regulate my intake before as I have always eaten 'on the hoof' and often ended up with a take away. Haven't bought crisps, cakes, biscuits, bread for months now.
