Trying To Find A 2007-09 Xbox 360 Game

Some of these memories may not be entirely accurate, so please suggest things that don’t completely fit.

Released 2007-09. Xbox 360 game. Achievements available. Brand new game/concept. I haven’t seen it since this one game. A good quality game, not a naff indie. I’m familiar with big chains, and it isn’t any of them.

Cute aesthetic. Animal Crossing sort of feel. Bright in colour.

However, not a game about designing, and not aimed at children or women.

Globe/map with areas to unlock as you unlock travelling. You needed to unlock flying. Something in my mind says the flying wasn’t on a plane, but maybe a boat, a blimp, or a balloon. There is an ice zone and a desert one. You can unlock skills other than flying which make new areas playable.

You went on a journey. You were in space on a new planet, I think! There were clouds and mountains. Something in me says you’re trying to get off of the planet.

I think there was magic, and combat involved. Killing animals maybe?

I’ve been Googling like mad, but I can’t find the game. If you can help me I’ll be so overjoyed! Sorry for this mad goose chase!
