is there any way of retrieving a deleted WA voice message sent 15 January.
This is a very important message and they intentionally deleted it.
Also related to WA a few weeks ago I upgraded my Android Moto G6 Plus to Moto G8 plus and did the transfers but the WA messages showing on the new phone only went up to July 2019.

WA messages are stored in a data file. If you search the old phone you may be able to find, copy and transfer it to the new. But then you risk losing recent messages that only reached the new phone.
