I need a wysiwyg website designer that would allow me to replace certain objects/text site-wide when needed, without having to change every page. Any suggestions?

<_!-- #include file="file.htm" --> without the _ - that will uhm.. include any file you want. so, if you need it for a heading logo or navigation links, just stick the html in a file then include it in every page you need to. when you come to chang eit, you only need to change one file =)
In Dreamweaver use CSS Styles. I believe there is an in built lesson about them. ( a while since I looked though ). I remember it being fairly straight forward.
