Hi,
Do you have a "moneyshop" near you? They are doing a prepaid mastercard at the moment called Titanium. There are some charges (From �1.00 per transaction to �4.95 per month) depending on which type of account you take out. No credit checks etc. I'm toying with the idea of getting one myself!!!
