well it sounds about right steve, it will help you focus on your life more as swimming is one sport u can do and think about other things at the same time. Well done.
How do you know it sounds ok ALIJANGRA?, surely it depends how long the lengths are!
How long are the lengths STEVE? How old are you? How good a swimmer are you?
I am 65, I go to our Gym pool three times a week which is 18 metres long, I do 90 lengths freestyle which is 1 mile in just under one hour, I then do (after a few minutes rest) 4 lengths of each stroke, Backstroke, breastroke, Butterfly then crawl.

STOP WORRYING!!!!!!! Seriously tho - it's easier said than done - i know that.
It does 'sound' ok - but as toureman says - depends on lengths etc. It is recommended that you do about 3 lots of 20 minutes of boisterous exercise per week. You would know if you were doing too much cos your body would let you know.....
