As far as I am aware, there were no serious consequences for any of the participants in the events you mention. That's presumably because they were all young and fit. We cannot keep everybody isolated from each other with ludicrous "distancing" rules for ever or even for much longer. It was announced today that 665,000 people have been taken off company payrolls between March and June. And that's just the beginning. There are 9m people being paid by the taxpayer and many of them are taking the opportunity, during their four month (and counting) break to sit at home, do bit of DIY, go to the pub or the bookies or go for a jolly to the coast. If they can do all that then they can go to work. One thing's for sure - when they eventually do return many of them will find there is no job for them. Yes, some of them will contract the virus but pointlessly trying to prevent its spread is bankrupting the country.
