I have a bit of a knotty decorating problem so I decided to invest in a product I saw being advertised on t'interweb.

It's just arrived and I am really looking forwards to using it. Although, given just how versatile it is, it seems a shame to waste it all on my wall...

Something I've never heard of, JTH. Wall turtles? Eye-punching? And how on earth would something like that prevent a wall from protruding - which I take to mean 'bellying'? :-/
Make sure you save some for when you get frustrated and punch your eye on the wall.

oh, c'mon Ken.....a seasoned P&D like yourself must have had troubles with wall turtles before...? LoL

I have had a recent infestation of eyes , no wonder my walls are looking a bit battered - have bookmarked that product Jack.

Thanks.

Happy to have helped, Mamya.... :o)
I wonder if it would work on door seals or wood frogs?

You do so at your own risk, L-i-K....

There has been (very obviously) something lost in translation......but I have no idea quite what.
Could understand cracks in 'wall tiles', Jack, but cannot think of what eye-punching refers to in this context.
Ah bless. :-)
I was going to mention that Dad showed us many DIY tricks & I've always been grateful for how well he tortoise.

Don't think I will though.
Ha ha, very good - there's a theme developing - over the Pennines Danny has Horseshoe Crabs.

LoL.....L-i-K.
In a land far far away, turtles translates into coving. I though everyone knew that . !!
Always said they speak funny in Blackburn.
Last time I cured a wall belly, (two houses ago), I smashed it out with a hammer and then plastered it.
18'' x 18'' and a good job to be proud of.
I'm now trying to get rid of my own belly!
(Only 6 stone to go!)
