6 Answers
i am having some problems with a company charging me 22.50p for sending me a letter to say i have missed a payment. i have been paying a debt off since 2002 of 200 pounds and i have so far paid over a thousand with 300 left because i have paid charges and interest off. as you can imagine it is really getting to me. i am looking at trying to confront them but not sure if i have a leg to stand on. how can they justify a letter charge of that amount. please help.

However challenging them successfully needs the right sort of wording in your letters. Makle time to go and see someone at your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
I would also ask them if there are other things you can challenge because the money you have paid back should have got you clear by now.
