I'm looking for a client database where I could include pics and is accessible on my pc phone and tablet. I don't mind paying but nothing too expensive. Any ideas please?

I'm out of my depth here but (obviously) any database that's going to be accessible across multiple platforms will need to be cloud-based. Zoho Creator might be worth a look: https://www.zoho.com/creator/create-online-database.html
